North Dakota professional engineers are required to complete 30 PDH or CPC bennially, with a due date of December 31, depending on the PE's initial year of licensure.
Remember, the ND PE Board does not pre-approve continuing education providers or PDH courses. Each Professional Engineer must determine if the activity meets the renewal requirements.
At least 20 PDH must relate to a technical area that directly safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of the public. A maximum of 10 PDH may be in non-technical management or engineering ethics subjects.
North Dakota does not place any restrictions on the number of Professional Engineer PDH earned through online continuing education.
