Florida Professional Engineers must now have 18 hours (no longer 8) of continuing education in these categories:
If conducting engineering in design of works or systems covered by the Florida Building Code, a course designated as “advanced” by the Florida Building Commission and approved by the FBPE must be completed within one year of the effective date of the Florida Building Code (in this case, by July 1, 2019).
