The Course, Construction Project Scheduling, is a 4 credit course that will ensure the Professional Engineer has the systems and tools needed to effectively manage time and rescourses for smooth complettion in a timely and cost effective manner.
This online PDH engineering course includes a brief history of construction scheduling and introduces the basic concepts of scheduling techniques. Arrow and Precedence diagramming are explained in detail and the manner in which scheduling computations are made is presented. This construction scheduling training concludes with a chapter on resource leveling as well as how resources can be managed to improve productivity and efficiency in the construction project.
