This one hour advanced internet based PDH course on Chapter 3, the General Regulations of the 2020 Florida Building Code on Plumbing provides an in depth review of the General Regulations of the Florida Building Code for Plumbing for Florida Professional Engineers who specialize in the design of plumbing systems under the Florida Building Code. The FBC 8th Edition is not effective until 12/31/2023, this 7th Edition course is approved for the 2023 Florida PE License Renewal.

The PE PDH online course emphasizes the design responsibilities of the Professional Engineer using the Florida Building Code and evaluates the Professional Engineer’s understanding of those responsibilities as well as the responsibilities of the building contractor and material supplier through questions that require understanding of the Florida Building Code requirements.

Offered to satisfy requirements of Chapter 471.0195, F.S. which requires all licensees actively participating in the design of engineering works or systems in connections with buildings, structures, or facilities covered under the Florida Building Code to take continuing education courses on the Florida Building Code.
